Where is he now?
Like most linemen on either side of the ball, Roth needed his rookie year ('05) to get stronger, learn the NFL and get comfortable with his scheme. He did get his feet wet by playing in all 16 games, notching 20 tackles and a sack.
He established himself as a legit NFL lineman last year, serving as a backup but seeing time in all 16 games again, totaling 37 tackles, 3.5 sacks and forcing an impressive 3 fumbles.
He's now a starter for the 'Fins, and he made five solo tackles in week one. Word out of Fins camp is that this guy works his butt off, is intense as hell, and has turned himself into the real deal.
