Suggestion:
World Cup/World Baseball Classic

Reason:
Its now a real life occurance and it would meld together the universe concept that has become the essence of the last two versions of OOTP. It could be tacked on to my previous suggestion, but as a checkbox with the option to use national teams.

Priority:
Medium-Low. As it happens in real life it should get some thought.
