Have Vista Home Premium installed. Only game that i have had a problem with.

Have you tried picking a different color scheme? Go to 'Windows Color and Appearance'. Check to see if you have 'Default' checked. That could be the problem. I'm running 'Blue' and that's not a problem for any version of OOTP that I have.
