Suggestion:
Games should occasionally be called due to rain/snow or other factors and the AI should then attempt to reschedule these games as doubleheaders. This rescheduling should also affect pitching rotation and player fatigue.

Reason:
Two words: REALISM and STRATEGY.

Priority:
Gotta say HIGH. I realize it may be difficult to create authentic schedules with doubleheaders and added games, but this is one of the most important real-life factors yet to be included in OOTP.
