This game should have never went to extra innings as we managed to leave 22 men standed on the basepaths throughout the game. Props go to our starter Mike Haynes, who went 9 2/3 innings and gave up only 5 hits and 2 earned runs. Glendale would score 2 in the 4th, but we would claw our way back with a run in the 5th and 8th to tie it all up at 2. It would stay that way until the 12th when Tommy Malone showed a little wildness and loaded the bases with 2 walks and then give up the granny to Floyd Holt to pretty much seal the deal. Hot hitting Daniel Jones left the game late with a strained rib cage muscle trying to break up a double play and is day-to-day.

For the record, Javier Garcia (.268) broke up the no-hitter in the 6th with a single and the home run by John Kennedy (.234,1 HR,22 RBI) were the only hits we could muster.
