What I was planning on doing was re-importing the MLB league database, then just switching the minor leagues over to the "new" MLB teams with history, and moving the players from the old MLB teams to the new ones.
I can post the database I used if you want to do that, next week or so is a bit busy with interviews, deer season, etc.
