I'm running Version 2.0.3.68 with Mac OS X (10.4.10). Bottom of 5th inning, I'm managing the team. My starting pitcher gets hurt on final play of inning. Pop-up box appears to tell me about the injury, then game crashes.
This is the second such crash since installing the final patch. Prior to this, I often had the well-documented issue where the game would crash when I attempted to drag a pitcher's name to replace the injured pitcher. Now, I don't even get that far.
In the most recent instance, a pitcher was warming up in the bullpen; on the previous occasion, I don't think there was anyone warming up, so this would not appear to be a factor.

I think it being the last out of the inning is the key factor here. Somehow OOTP isn't processing this part properly.
