All three--Williams, Doerr, and DiMaggio--have, in fact, already made the Red Sox. Teddy Ballgame came up to Boston in 1938, Doerr in 1939, and DiMaggio in 1940.
Williams has shown signs of stardom, and if I didn't know he was supposed to turn out to be Ted Williams, I'd say he was a fine young player. Doerr had a good rookie year, but suffered through one heck of a sophomore slump. DiMaggio gave the Sox fantastic defense in center field as a rookie, but was overmatched at bat.
We'll see if they develop into stars over the next few years. That's part of the fun of this dynasty: seeing which players reach their "real life" standards, which ones exceed them, and which ones fall short.
