Wow! There's been a lot of interest so far, much more than I anticipated (yay) and the contestants have been quick to belly up to the buffet in anticipation of their first fights! Thunder and I share a nostalgic liking for Mel Turnbow, and I hope he doesn't go down in the first match (hope springs eternal but reality often brings us back down to Earth)!
I'm thrilled to see that some of the others also have a following, and hope I can get Danny Wofford away from the buffet so that he doesn't forfeit his fight! Danny has threatened to brain Butterbean for encroaching on his platter.
The crowd is clamoring for action, so this tournament is about to commence! Let the best turkey, oops, man, win!!!
