I saw Wenger had a rant in the Times over this. He made the excellent point that without Davies they'd still probably be in the Championship League. A guy takes a team that wasn't even considered one of the league's better sides and wins it to put it in the EPL where instantly they are the favorites to be relegated. You'd think that's one situation where you cut the manager some slack. Just amazingly stupid.
