For just the second time this season we enter a series against a team with a worse record than ours. The first such series against the Pirates was a complete bust though. Rockies starter Brandon Hynick takes the mouth for the first time this season.

Game #22 – Milwaukee [10-11] (Y. Gallardo 1-1, 4.30 ERA) at Colorado [9-12] (B. Hynick 0-0, 0.00 ERA)

SS C. Izturis - CF S. Victorino - LF R. Braun - 1B P. Fielder - 3B B. Hall - RF G. Gross - C J. Estrada - 2B L. Rivas

Even if Gallardo had a decent outing, the Rockies quickly took a 4-0 lead. Hynick though was tired after 4 1/3 innings, but rather effective. We managed to pull within one run in the eighth, but Brian Fuentes who pitched four very effective innings was too good for our offense today. Luis Rivas collected his first hit in 22 tries.
