Now, they are counting on most of us to agree with their choices and, given the history of this business, I think they will be right. Those of us who disagree certainly have their right to refuse, but to think that an enhancement should be free because it sounds like the right thing to do ignores the profit motive that, even with all the otherwise good intentions, is the thing that produced OOTPB in the first place.

Enhancements should not be free, but bug fixes certainly should be.
