8.0.10 created a team logo for deleted teams which sometimes needed so much time that it looked as if the game doesn't work.

The new exe file is available here: http://ootpdevfiles.com/ootp/ootp8011.zip

Unzip the exe into the OOTP program directory and replace the old ootp8.exe file. The version number is now 8.0.11
