May 2008 - Milwaukee Brewers
Manager and GM Fritsche
12th May 2008
For the fourth time this season we try to jump above .500. But 19 year old Mets starter Deolis Guerra did very well in his first big league start last week. We counter with Chris Capuano who is 3-0 on the road this season.
Game #35 – Milwaukee [17-17] (C. Capuano 4-0, 3.63 ERA) at New York [21-13] (D. Guerra 1-0, 2.25 ERA)
SS C. Izturis - 2B R. Weeks - LF R. Braun - 1B P. Fielder - 3B B. Hall - RF G. Gross - CF T. Gwynn Jr. - C H Blanco
A game with two very sharp starters and two very lame offensive performances. But the rookie got help by a two-run Valentin home, while our offense once again refused to hit any balls over the wall. The Mets used half a dozen relievers to sail the boat home.
Milwaukee at New York: 1-3

H: S. Schoeneweis (1), R. Mahay (6), D. Sanchez (5), P. Feliciano (4), J. Smith (6)
