5. OOTP MLB does not allow the trading of draft picks.
IV. Transactions
A. Trading
1. Trading is open from January 23 to July 31.
2. Trades are to be posted on the forum. One team posts the trade, the 2nd confirms it. Only then will a trade be processed.
3. Trades are to be processed by the simmer ONLY. If you try to process a trade yourself, you are risking that you could potentially corrupt the league file.
4. Trading of draft picks is allowed. However, you may only trade away the first and second round picks.
