I'm just going to keep bumping this everytime it happens to me because it's so unbelievably frustrating. I actually had it happen last night again when there wasn't even an injury, I was switching in between my substitution screen and my opponent's to see if I should bring in a righty or a lefty, and it crashed. Then again this morning, it crashed with the typical pitcher injury bug (where you try to bring in a new pitcher, change the position to "P", and it freezes and crashes).
Can someone at least tell me that they have an idea what's causing this so it gets fixed in OOTP 9? Part of me just wants to put my league on hold until OOTP 9 comes out so I can stop putting up with this bug.
Has anyone still seen this in OOTP 8? I'm assuming it's probably still there, but I'm just curious. It sounds like people are having a bunch of other problems with OOTP 8, so there's no way I'm going to buy it unless it fixes this issue.
