Round 1:
Ali starts out with a quick flurry. Joe Frazier plods forward and lands a quick left hook. Frazier lands another straight right. Then comes a small uppercut. Ali counters with a smooth jab. Frazier lands two good hooks to the body. Ali is moving around, but Frazier is catching him over and over. Thats it for the first round. 14-5

Round 2:
Big hook to the body from Frazier starts the round. And then a good right to the chin. Ali looks hurt. After a slow minute, Frazier lands a left uppercut that stuns Ali. Then comes a three punch combo from Frazier, who is pouring on. Frazier misses and Ali counters with a cross. Frazier ends the round with a big left and a right to win the round huge. 27-2

Round 3:
Ali gets trapped in the corner again and Frazier takes advantage with a big left hook. Frazier misses and Ali counters with a hard jab. Frazier then sends ali to the floor with a cross. Ali gets up at the count of 8, but isn't looking too good. Frazier lands a jab. Frazier is getting wild, and missing alot. There he gets through with a crushing left hook. Ali is lucky the fight didn't get stopped there. 24-4

Frazier ones again goes out hammering landing some good hooks while Ali tries to move around. Frazier lands a big cross that stuns Ali. Another one two from Frazier. Frazier goes headhunting but then gets countered in a big way. Ali sends him down with a right cross to the chin. Frazier gets up at the count of 6 and is then saved by the bell. 16-11

Round 5:
Ali starts better, countering with his jab. Frazier then lands a small hook. A combination by Ali as he is starting to look better. A big hook by Ali that seems to hurt Frazier. Another hook. A jab by Frazier gets countered with a powerful cross from Ali. Ali lands another jab and wins the round. 4-20

Round 6:
Theres some holding. Frazier lands with three big punches and hurts Ali. Another big left. Another combo from Frazier. Ali recovers quickly to land a nice uppercut. 18-2

Round 7:
Ali lands two jabs and a cross. Then a jab and hard left hook by Frazier. A combination by Ali. A big counter left hook from Frazier. 13-7

Round 8:
Ali makes Frazier miss three punches in a row and then counters with a perfect uppercut that sends Frazier down. He gets up at the count of eight. Ali lands a cross. A jab from Ali. Frazier is looking hurt. A cross more from Ali. A big cross from Ali makes Fraziers nose bleed. One more big cross. A third cross in a row and Frazier is down once again. He can't regain his legs and ALI IS THE CHAMP.

The winner by KO in the 8th and the new undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.. The Greatest, Muhammad Ali!

What a fight! Ali down once, Frazier three times.

Ali moves his record to 39-1-0 (32) with this impressive win as he takes the WBA and WBC home with along with his WBO belt. Frazier moves to 25-2-0 (24) but definately was a huge part of this great fight!
