New fighters debuting in 1970:

Mike Boswell, Usa
Pedro Lovell, Argentina
Rudi Lubber, Netherlands
Maxime Mauligalo, French Polynesia

Poor bunch compared to the last year with Foreman, Shavers, Young and lots of other good fighters.

+ some Tc's.

in fact the next top fighters is Ron Lyle in 1971, Larry Holmes in 1973, Trevor Berbick and Michael Dokes in 1976. Gerry Cooney, Randall Cobb and Michael Spinks in 1977. Pinklon Thomas in 1978. Greg Page and Tim Witherspoon in 1979. Tony Tubbs and Tony Tucker in 1980 and lets stop it here.
