Special news!

Immediately after the third round knockout loss to Joe Frazier, 'The Greatest' Muhammad Ali announced his retiring. He has had an impressive career and has been dominant over a decade, but said that he felt it was time to hang 'em up. He may be most remembered for his four fight rivalry with Joe Frazier who was the only one to ever be a real thread to Ali. He has beaten practically everyone worth a mention in the heavyweight division, although many had hoped he would've stayed around in order to face upcoming fighters like George Foreman and Earnie Shavers.

Muhammads record is 42-2-0 (34) which in itself says a whole lot.

Frazier was full of respect for Ali, calling it the end of an era.

Many experts though, feel that this is not a permanent retiring and think that he will comeback sometime to possibly fight Frazier again.
