AFAIK, the best you can do is go to your league's History page, select accomplishments, and eyeball the list until you find the single game leader.

For example, you can see that Jeff Clark holds the record in my league for 20 K's in a game in 2009. You may have noticed that I sorted by clicking on the strikeouts column; annoyingly it sorts on innings pitched, not strikeouts, but the leader will probably be toward the top of the sorted list.

The same applies to record hits and home runs in one game, and sorting those accomplishments appears to be correct. You can pick out the record-holder, if any, very easily on those lists.

The 1998 Yankees are considered to be among the The Best Major League Baseball Teams Ever From 1902-2005 by Baseball Almanac. They were 68-20 at home that year (including playoffs and World Series) in the original Yankee Stadium (1923-2008), "Where Players Became Legends."
