No, this is a hidden rating in that you must draw your own conclusion about a player's proneness to injury from his past history. Unless, of course, you wanted to take a look as commissioner at his player profile, clicking the editor tab and scrolling down the left side of the page until you find his injury proneness settings . . .

Keep in mind that a major injury will make the player more prone to a similar injury in the future. Also, a player is more likely to be injured if he is still playing with a DTD injury, is greatly fatigued, or is playing in bad weather. But yes, a good doctor can prevent injuries or make them less severe and reduce recovery time.
