Still time for first sim of the year 2014 (it's tomorrow). Current players are still in (a lot, actually), but there's a fair share of drafted (created) players as well. Very good GMs, owner runs the league very actively, and the trade council is timely, not to mention it's a quality community of people.

I believe Cleveland is going to be filled actually, so that link is off.

LA and CIN are still available though. Here are their team pages:

CIN's in much better shape than LA I think personally, based on starting-5 alone... but it's a tossup I guess. LA has some crippling contracts. They're both a work. But some experienced GMs could fix it in time. The only thing that sucks about LA is the previous GM signed some very idiotic extensions...
