DES MOINES - With all precincts reporting, the final results have been tallied for the Democratic caucus, and Christopher Dodd has emerged the winner by a narrow margin over John Edwards and Barack Obama. While Dodd can proclaim victory tonight, the closeness of the race leaves him with the barest of majorities in overall delegates. Dodd will take 21 of the state's 57 Democratic delegates to Edwards' 19 and Obama's 17. Both Mike Gravel and Bill Richardson, having narrowly missed the cut off for delegate awards, remain encouraged over their strong showings.
Final Delegate count for Iowa:

DNC
Christopher Dodd: 17
John Edwards: 10
Barack Obama: 8
