Ray of Hope
I've had a wee bit of sunshine. I opened up my OOTP 2006 (Yes, like all good Mac users I throw NOTHING away) and created 1911, simmed it through 1912 quickly w/no team just to see. Imported it to OOTP 2008 and voila! I was able to quickly zip through to 1913, again not as manager, but at least it played. I suspect there's an issue with the league file creation in 2008 that the techies have overlooked. Anybody else want to try this with other years and report their luck?
