i'm a first timer but have had a life long passion for tracking stats etc that started way back when i was a kid playing intellivision baseball. I don't mind taking on an expansion team and I don't mind going through years and years of suffering(ie the chicago cubs). I'm hoping to find a league where the people get along well and it is stable.

I have ootp8 on mac by the way. I have had some problems running historic leagues on my own(some crashing) so I do not know if this might affect my ability to participate but i'd like to give it a try.

now as far as what I'm looking for...

historical league thats somewhere between 1901-1960 at the moment. The earlier the better. One that plays it as close to realistic as possible and as far as minor leagues....i could go either way.

so if anyone out there needs to add someone to their pre existing league let me know.


edit: i also wanted to add I have experience playing ootp. I've had 2006 most recently and had 2 other versions prior to that.
