I love PadresFan quick-start that involves the NCAA, Junior College, High School feeders and Japanese/Korean leagues.

While I should be more than content with the universe of available players, I do like the "Scout Nation" option and discovering hidden players. This does not seem to be an option with this quick start.

Can this be done? If so, how do I make it available? I notice that my "Create and maintain hidden players" option is not accessible.
