Exclamation Title Bout Championship Boxing Patch #1 released!

Dear Boxing Fans,

18 days after the release of TB 2.5 we release the first patch today! The following changes have been made and are all tested by the beta team:

- removed demo mode limitations
- when importing a TB2 database the biographies are copyied into the user notes. The biographies from the online database are being used as fighter biographies.
- fixed: when importing TB2 databases the name files and the rfgdata file have not been created
- added warning messages if name files or rfgdata file could not be found or opened
- fixed: bug in rating method
- fixed: display bug with long lines in pulldown lists
- fixed: winning/losing percentage now calculated like 10-0-2 = .917
- fixed: bugs in "edit ranking" function
- fixed: crash when opening fighter record as XML file
- fixed bug in organization rankings method
- fixed bug in venues "export to pool" function
- fixed bug which occured sometimes when deleting a nation
- updated judges, venues, fighters and commentary text
- fixed auto-aging / RFG bug (RFG fighters proceeded to next career stage after first fight)

Download the new setup file from here:

http://www.ootpdevfiles.com/tb/tb2.5setup.exe

Start the setup file and install TB 2.5 right on top of your current TB 2.5 installation.

When you open a database which has been imported from TB2 and then open the Random Fighter Generator (RFG), you might get an error message "Name files are missing" or "RFG data files are missing". In that case, do the following:

- close TB 2.5
- open "My Computer" and navigate to /My Documents/OOTP Developments/TB 2.5/Data/DefaultData
- right-lcik at the folder /Names and select "Copy"
- navigate to the folder /My Documents/OOTP Developments/TB 2.5/Data/SavedGames/<Name of your database> and paste the /Names folder into it
- then go back to the /DefaultData folder and copy the folder /RandomFighterGenerator into your database folder the same way

Have fun!
