After beer review grr I meanr peer review it will be downloadable.
Contains these additions
1. Changed FieldingOF to allow better usage of outfielders.

2. Changed debut age to 22 where it is not known due to lack of birth year.

3. Added debuts and final game info for players from 1800's as much of that was missing.

4. Set league abbrev for Union Association 1884, Players League 1890, Federal League 1914-1915 to NL

5. Fixed the missing formula concerning negro and japanese players that some fool (me!) left out of build 0.

6. Changed Games Played for pitchers where the formulas created too many games played to get to 200 AB minimum. (resulting in a goofy games played leaderboard)

I also included the back dated Luke Easter (age 22) and Connie Marrero (age 27).

For Ver 2.2 I plan on adding other back dated players like Jackie Robinson and the Asian players like Ichiro. Plus adjusting any more things that need adjusting.
