The above quote is from the league constitution. Just out of curiosity....what formula will you use to reduce the USBL amounts? Thanks in advance.

Nothing too extravagant. I think I set everything at roughly 70 - 75% the first season and will step it up by 2.5% each season until the numbers are the same in both leagues.
I thought about using something more complicated, but decided not to give myself a headache every offseason.
