Never used godaddy - at the time I was host shopping their rep wasn't too good.

Check out IPower - Domain Names and Web Hosting by IPOWER Their lowest price plan is (I think) $4 per rmonth.

You can upload files there either through their file manager or FTP. Not sure how your file extensions will react, though, since I don't use them myself.
