HPTMNotificationManager seems to be related to some HP driver software you have installed, and from the looks of things, it's crashing and bringing down OOTP with it. Do you have any HP printer software installed? I know that I cringe when I have to install HP scanner and printer software on my Mac because it sprays files all over my system. It doesn't play nice and keep to itself.

Is this Mac part of a local network? I checked my Mac and it doesn't even have a /Library/Managed Preferences/ directory. I don't think this is the cause of your problem, but if you're on a network and have some sort of restrictions on your computer that interfere with OOTP, that might be related as well.
