We are currently using OOTP2007/OOTP8. We will be discussing an upgrade to OOTP9 at season's end.

The PCBL recently began it's 5th season.

League rules are here.

There is a great core of owners that have been with the league since inception. The tone of the league is very laid back and while writing articles and posting is widely encouraged, there is no requirement to do so.
