While I don't think this is alarmingly present, it does happen occasionally, and it continues to disappoint me when it does. The last time I brought this up was here:

I usually try to find some rationalization for the incident- the fix was in with the other team -or immediately try to seek out a trade agreement if he would have been of great impact.
