Not to split hairs here, but I had to take additional steps in order to load Cubby's rosters on OOTP version 8. After they downloaded, I had to extract all files into my "saved game" folder by using a different extracting program then my PC had available (which required another download). UNRAR

I was frustrated for awhile because everyone who tried to help me was leaving out these final steps. When you simply try to save the rosters into your "saved game" folder, they will not properly open unless you extract them. This seems automatic to some, but to less computer savvy folks it is like figuring out Chinese algebra.

Thanks again to Cubbysfan again though, all is well in my OOTP life now as I'm using current 2008 rosters
