Just let me know what fighters you would be interested in controlling. It would probably be best to pm me a list and I can let you know their availability. Remember, it is a heavyweight universe, but all fighters are available because in this universe, all fighters were born as heavyweights and compete in the same division. Most of the promoters pick their favorite fighters in real life. You can have up to five maximum in your stable, 4 from one region (USBA, EBU, ICBA, CABO). Also need a stable name. There are currently 5900 fighters in the universe so you can imagine that a lot of fighters have already started their careers. There will be some fighters that you will not be able to take control of because they are too far into their careers or are champions or too far up in the rankings right now. But for the most part, if there is a fighter that you are interested in, you can always take over his career at where he is currently at. After you sign fighters to a promotional contract, I will post lists of opponents for you to choose from. From there, it is just up to you as a promoter to monitor the progressions. I usually get a months worth of fights done pretty quickly. When I started with the universe, I didnt use aging, so I have continued with that aspect and you dont have to worry about scheduling too many fights. The only mandatory requirement is that a fighter has to sit out for a loss and being cut during a fight. If you want to schedule a fight with another promoters boxer, then you have to negotiate that with that promoter. I will not schedule that fight unless mutually agreed upon. I may include it in an opponents list, but it still has to be agreed upon by both promoters. I have created a lot of titles so that each promoter has an opportunity to work his fighter up through the smaller titles while trying to climb the rankings to eventually fight for a world title. No promotional team has ever fought for a world title yet, even though Joe Calzaghe and UKBG are the closest and have cracked the world top ten rankings. The only problem is that the promoter has disappeared so I dont know if Calzaghe will get that shot. Hope this info helps. Feel free to ask any questions and look forward to including you in the action. I dont know if you knew, but I did originally inquire about if you wanted to join early in the beginning of this thread when you gave me the Mason Dixon fighter file. That is how some of these guys got started here; I got a file from them and then asked passively inquired with a promotional name when I introduce their fighter into the universe.
You can also choose one of your own created fighters from your thread and I will put him into the universe.
