The IBU was on hand to watch the fight between Ray Mancini and Giannino Luise and has extended an invitation to BGP and Mancini to participate in a 4-man eliminator for the rights to fight IBU Champion, Vincenzo Cantatore in August 1955. BGP can select their June opponent:
