That leaves Calzaghe with the option of fighting the IBF Champion, Jack Dempsey in August. If you plan on accepting this title fight, Calzaghe must relinquish his CBC and EBU titles.

Joe wants a shot at Dempsey's title in august. Dempsey is a fierce opponent but we feel comfortable enough to relinquish the other belts to get a shot at the IBF title.
