That said, I want to thank our moderators once again for all their help. Without them, this big message boards would be a mess, or we would have to do all the work here on our own and couldn't work on our programs. Sometimes something goes wrong a little bit, but that's okay. Who's perfect?
The moderators can be heavy-handed in protecting your interests, that's for sure. But their loyalty is to be admired, I guess, and equally admirable is the measure of tolerance shown for discussion of your competition.

However, I will say this clearly: If you want to successfully compete with your competitors, the three of you would do well to take a more active role in these forums, engaging in discussions and answering questions, particularly those of prospective customers. I'm talking year-round, not just TRTR. That's my advice; take it or leave it.
