We have to break this losing streak! Otherwise we won't make the playoffs as the defending World Series champion. Chris Capuano will once again try to pick up win Nr. 15.

Guess who was the key to break the streak for us? Cesar Izturis! His triple off former Brewer Cruz with the bases loaded in the fifth was all Capuano needed to collect his 15th victory. Believe it or not, but Izturis also leads the National League in batting (.347). Capuano helped his case by collecting a hit in the 5th and allowing only two hits in eight innings. Fujita pitched a perfect ninth.
