Well here goes a dynasty report to get back into OOTP. It will be on and off as I'm meant to be working and studying as well!!
Played OOTP 6 and had 2007 for ages but never really got into it. Trying again before 9 comes out to see if I want to go that way
To give you the background I ran a 50 year history with the excellent icy mlb template from 1957 to 30th October 2007 where I jumped in. Was always going to pick the Braves with them being my favorite team for years. I will planned to sim the games to about 6th innings and then decide on whether I will play or sim from there.
Philosophy as a GM will be high average hitting team - little bit of power always helps. Like some speed and defense - and good couple of pitchers and will try to have them go deep into games - will scrimp on the MR!
