There are actually two issues. First is that I was looking at a FA reliever. I went to offer him a contract to see how much he wanted, and he said 325k. So I then went to make the offer and it says this: "You have $13,805,405 left for player contracts this season. Your owner does NOT approve this deal!".

The second problem is that I cannot offer any of my players extensions. I look at my player salary report, and it says next seasons salary will be about $38.4m but it then says I have no money for extensions next season.

I am in the green, and have roughly $6m cash on hand. The game also says I have $13m to spend.
