Although this is true, this forum is no place to advertise leagues which aren't completely set up; and even worse than that are posts which "gauge interest" for nonexistent leagues.
Posts which recruit owners for ghost leagues diminish this forum's credibility and cause distress to those potential owners who get emotionally invested in leagues which evaporate.
The world of online
OOTP leagues is a free market system, but as members of this community, we have a responsibility to protect "consumers" from sham "products." Enforcing standards in this forum is an important part of that responsibility.
Being a Commissioner or an Owner in an
OOTP online league is a serious commitment. We cannot allow this forum to become a playground in which reckless people may, on a whim, abuse the protocols of our hobby.
