He could probably find all kinds of ways, but then they toss pitchers for "throwing at batters" so often these days Hunt probably would have to go way out of the strike zone to get hit.
Pitchers who loved intimidating batters, i.e., Bob Gibson, probably wouldn't be as effective these days with how quick pitchers get tossed.
