I think I got this tidbit from Baseball Almanac (I used it for my hints file):
"Did you know that Jimmie Foxx is the only American League player to have six plate appearances and zero at-bats? In a show of true respect, he was walked six times on June 16, 1938."
I will also mention the memory that I have of High Heat Baseball never having a walk or HBP occur in a game that was played out. No triples, either IIRC. It just was not programmed properly, I guess, and not a priority to fix either. To get somewhat realistic seasonal statistics in those categories, I had to sim the vast majority of games or overlook the shortfalls. I remember overlooking them.
