I have been the only team to win the title in the franchise. It's only in its third year. I was lucky to draft good young players with the help of my 6-4-5 head scout in the inaugural draft, and everyone i drafted except for 1 player is still in the organization now.

I have never signed an outside free agent in 3 years. So I will win or die with all homegrowns. So all my players will come from drafts, and with that head scout and a good scout with 6 pitching (1-5 scale) i signed the past offseason, i have it in place
