I've requested several times that, for those of us who play out our teams games,the consequences of defensive positioning should be included in the PBP... stuff like " and that's a single through the drawn-in infield" or "guarding the lines certainly saved an extra base hit " but the answers I've received suggest that this is unlikely to happen. Pity.
