Open the Lahman files used by OOTP in notepad(I can't remember exactly which ones it is, as I haven't done this in a while, but if you search you can find it. I know you'll need to fo the batting, pitching, and firlding files.).

On the edit menu, hit replace. You'll see "Find what:" and "Replace with:".

Find what: ,"NA",
Replace with: ,"NL",

Then hit replace all. Then change the NA to UA, leaving the quotation marks and commas and hit replace all again, then do the same in turn for AA, PL, and FL.

Changing all five on each file that matters took me about five or six minutes when I did it.

Unfortunately for me, OpenOffice cuts off the number of rows and I can't get in there to edit everybody.
