Sorry if this has been corrected in OOTP8, but I could not see it mentioned via searches.
At least in 2007, two out RBIs are treated as an event in the box score, when they should be a cumulative total.
So on a three run homer with two outs, instead of 3 in the box score for that player, there is nothing (so 1).
