You have far more knowledge of how to go about doing it than I do, I'd just ultimately like to have a blank to enter any value on the league options screen for the number of playoffs teams- from there I suppose it would lead to a drop down of playoff formats (which would potentially be limited by the value entered) followed by series length (or something to do with group play if I can dream) and so on. I just didn't see it being possible without byes being possible, my guess on the bye being possible was the "ghost" team.

Either way I look forward to whatever Markus can add with flexible playoffs.
