Along with sound and IRS%, I strongly felt that OOTP 9 needed the ability to "send" or "hold up" runners on a case-by-case basis.

In other words, to try and stretch singles to doubles, etc., on your command, with your decision based upon provided speed and arm ratings of the runner and defender involved, respectively.

Baseball for Windows allowed this (as does BM09) and am hoping it appears here.

Anyone know for sure if this was added?
